Ma è davvero possibile apprendere in autonomia, ed ottenere benefici reali con questo metodo, anche essendo flessibile come un trave di ginepro? Il corso online è adatto anche in casi di persone che vogliono semplicemente mettersi in movimento in modo sano? Grazie
Ciao Stefano, il corso è impostato partendo da zero, con esercizi alla portata di tutti (dal 2011 ho avuto allievi anche di 70 anni con la rigidità che ne consegue). Viene spiegato come impostare le progressioni in base al livello di partenza. Il corso online ha tutte le video-lezioni dove spiego passo passo gli esercizi, più il libro con tutte le progressioni di lavoro. Non avrai problemi a farlo, se ci metti il giusto impegno, e ne avrai benefici per sempre

What weights are you using and what it a good weight to start?
In the video I’m using a 10 kg for single arm exercises, 2 of 10 kg for double arms and 20 kg for double grip. You can start depending on your knowledge of technique and your general strength. May be 5/7 kg and 10/12 kg

Very impressive. Getting a smooth flow with clubs is still a challenge for me. ( I bought From Zero to Gladiator a few months ago.) Stopping the club right in front of my face is just too scary for me. I prefer to bring it to the stacked guard position to the side and leave it at that. Dentistry, especially trauma dentistry...is expensive and painful. I'll pass on that, thank you.

Question: in the side swing, gamma cast and other left-right exercises shouldn't the hand position change from left to right for the sake of full symmetry of the execution? Wonderful workout, great soundtrack and amazing location!

Thanks for giving me some ideas. Beginner here. My favorite weight is 7 kg one-handed. Just bought a 12 kg. I have a 4 kg and a 9 kg.
Horrible form on the front lunge.
I guess you do the lunges with your upper body vertical during the eccentric phase. Poor your knees and especially your patellar tendon! Lunges are exercises that must center in the hips, so in the eccentric phase your hips must flex backward in the sagittal plane! Study Anatomy and Biomechanics before giving breath to ignorance!

Salve doc.ho la sindrome retto adduttoria probabilmente da ileopsoas,da più di un anno,dolori anche ai muscoli dei glutei e basso ventre, con stretching e graduale rinforzo la situazione è migliorata,ma davvero ha coinvolto anche zampa d'oca e i vari fasci glutei..ogni tanto mi si riinfiammano gli adduttori e compare anche dolorino sul fianco,cosa potrei fare doc.?? non vuole proprio andare via..grazie

@@emilianopt dopo svariati tentativi di esercizi innumerevoli e consigli di amici professionisti,ho compreso di avere gli adduttori "intrappolati" sul ginocchio,causandomi scricchiolii e tendiniti,ho cominciato a massaggiarli dal ginocchio fino al pube energicamente ma von attenzione,beh..la tensione è diminuita sensibilmente e sono tornato a sorridere dopo 1 anno di inferno!!
@@emilianoptOra sto cominciando a fare isometria per i quadricipiti al muro..tensioni fino alla caviglia,ripeto doc..una vera tortura,stretching adduttori "rana" sul letto con leggera contrazione di rinforzo..giusto per testare il livello di infiammazione.. stretching catena posteriore e dorsali..
